We were very disappointed by the behavior of the receptionist Mr. Qaid Al Balushi, he was not polite or accommodating about the readiness of the room. The check in time was 2 P.M, but we got the room at 4 P.M, as he said the rooms were not ready and used aggressive attitude to communicate with us, he said that he is not the cleaning person and cannot give any time by which the room will be ready.

Quite old hotel, neighbors smoking in the toilet and you breathe it whole night, keys are often demagnetized, towels are old and too used. More like a dormitory option than hotel suitable for students.
