No customer service, I asked for cutlery and they told me to come and collect from reception, is this the way you behave, now I should go and collect a plate for my food after I paid you 4000 rupees per day? Even OYO people are more helpful and they provide required things at room, Next is your rooms are so small and like a small box, very very worst experience, After that I ordered veg thali, which costed me around 550, and you sent one train type thali, that plastic box thali, such disgusting this hotel was, completely disappointed, pathetic service

I had a health issue however doctor was not available, and room was also cleaned next day.
