Need some improvement in service, Rooms not cleaning, washroom Material ( body wash, Shampoo, hand wash) not refill, if you make the the customer room then must be check all the things yourself.

1. Rooms have a stuffy smell, 2. In-room dining service could be more organised. I ordered a tee at 7:30 am and made a follow-up call at 8:55 am, and there needed to be more communication. It wasn't delivered at 8:35 pm. I left the room; no one bothered to inform 3. Omlet served on the breakfast table was made by a rookie cook.

Professional business Hotel- Good for business stay

I stayed at IBIS in March 2024. Washrooms were very small. Overall food was good. Hotel good for 1 single person to stay otherwise its just congested.

My recent stay at Ibis, Navi Mumbai was marred with disappointing housekeeping service. Despite repeated calls to reception, the cleaning staff failed to attend to my room. The lack of attention to cleanliness was a notable downside. Management should address this issue promptly to uphold their reputation.Room No.403,Check in-8th April-10th April.
