The reservation of the room was a bit confusing with different emails forth and back but it eventually worked out fine. I really like the extra family rate though it is a pity that no family room (or rooms with connecting door) is available at the hotel. The rooms were quite modern and nicely arranged and very clean. Noise sensitive people might want to choose a room away from the main street though. Friendly staff was also much appreciated.

I have visited the hotel for one night with my family on my way home from long distance drive. Here is simple feedback I would like to share. Overall, quite stratify with the location, services and facility except a few moments. Hope this can help you to improve the quality of the service. 1. Quite impressive service from the reception when we arrived and arrange the rooms. 2. BTW, I have recognized one of blanket had with bad smell when we get into bed after coming back from the late dinner. I should ask the change, but I didn't as we were quite tired that night. 3. Next morning when we check out. Little inconvenient found after paying bill when checking out. - I've found overcharged bill from the invoice that I've returned then asked for the correction. - Actually, I've booked two rooms w/ reward points. However, the bill redeemed only one room not the other room. - I thought this should not happen as the reservation system should linked and counted. This probably need to improve via the system. - The correction was quickly performed, and I don't have any problem with this. However, I still didn't receive the money back yet (I assume this will take a few days)
