My wife and I spent four days at Ibis Alsancak. We enjoyed the location of the Hotel and services we received during our stay. Front office and dining room staff spoiled us by providing excellent service, always with smile. Ms.Selin at the Reception and Potus (the cat) at the Hotel Main Entrance deserve additional compliments. Slow draining shower base and washing sink need attention at Room 519.

The pillows were so small and uncomfortable. The tap in the toilet was so small and not convenient.

Everything was good but in the lobby and restaurant I saw pets on the chair also entrance of the hotel.Hotels may be private businesses, but they are general areas of use. I do not want cat or dog hair to get on me when I sit on a chair. I have seen many people put them on the lap and even put them on the desktop, in the places I visit.
