Very bad experience with staff at reception

We booked online, once reached hotel they takes 30 minutes to allotment of room and price also very from online. After having long discussion finally they agreed and given room. While checkout again same experience with hotel staff at reception, we paid complete amount during check in still staff asked again some dues are there. Very worst experience and waste of time.

good stay but needed more attention in the rooms, in particular, I used the iron that was available in the closet and unfortunately the steel plate of the iron was so dirty that it irreparably ruined a white shirt that I was supposed to use for a formal meeting. I informed the concierge and the room cleaner, they were both very sorry but unfortunately the damage was done. I would recommend checking the tools made available to guests each time before the room is assigned. aside from this unfortunate episode, the staff is polite, welcoming and empathetic. So I would stay there again
