I have a great experience i had with this hotel. What a truely set hotel apart was the top notch customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing shorts of perfect especially Mr. Nilesh. They were friendly, attentive and responsive to any requests or inquiry i had. Their professionalism and dedication truely made me feel like a valued guest. Thanks to everyone from small staff to the high. I had a great time at Mercure hotel. The room is clean and tidy The bed was so comfortable that I was able to sleep well. Good and clean facilities specially swimming pool and gym. Nilesh who is a gym manager he friendly helped me using the facility. Quite and c Thank you Grand Mercure 😊

Room has no view, feels like you are packed in a container, plus they are super small. Food is ok but the hotel rooms doesn't look like the rooms a 5 star hotel should have. Highly disappointed by the room quality.
