I was very pleased with your hotel, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is very good. The only shortcoming of the hotel is that I think it will have a great impact on being preferred if there is a shuttle bus to the city center or the metro at certain hours. Thanks for everything.

Staff was very nice, good location but a bit far from the metro, a car is recommended. Would be better if the toilet doors would be wooden ones.

Horrible stay, avoid this hotel at all costs.

The room temperature was 27 degrees during the night (as visible on the thermostat) We were with a family of four and unable to sleep. Reception staff could not offer any help. They said the law did not allow them to put the ac. on. Fire restrictions did not allow them to hand out a fan! The only offered solution was to open a window, this resulted in a completely lit up room as big floodlights light the hotel. The worst.....I prepaid three nights, when no solution was offered we decided to leave. I did not get any gesture or money back..... The hotel is very far out, you need to take a bus to reach the last stop on the metro network. Very disappointed in this Novotel.
