No moisturizer and plates in room When we requested for one Told it's will be a fee to deliver it

Regarding plates, you are welcome to go down to our restaurant and obtain them there for free. great location, impeccable cleanness, great room service, best bed ever!

the bed was everything. after a long flight, have a good sleep what the perfect recovery, room service had a very accessible price in comparison to other Accor hotels and food quality was great. Location is good too, nice quiet side of the city, still walking distance to everything. Nice and friendly staff. This hotel deserves 5* will definitely recommend!
