A new profile is created each time I stay and none of them are recognised with my membership. The room carpets used to feel new and spongy... note they need a good deep steam clean, and at least a vacuum in the corners/ edges. Reception unfortunately no longer has that distinct welcome aroma

Oh dear what has happened

I have stayed many times. The rooms are great but …….. not wifi on 3 floors , no assistance with luggage when you arrive after a very long and very grumpy staff in the dining area. No priority checkin. Also on what planet do you deliver room service without any cutlery or serviettes. She said she would be back and 3 hours later still waiting. Luckily i had ordered a Club sandwich - a serviette would have been nice. And also luckily i had a teaspoon with which to eat my sorbet. Where has the mini bar gone. Not sure i will ever come back and i am an Accor member - it was so good when it first opened.

Whilst the bed linen was clean I found a long hair in the bed, probably from the maid and reported it with a picture on checkout. Breakfast was great, Matt provides service with a smile and goes that extra mile to ensure you have the best experience possible. The chef made perfect poached eggs, not over cooked and not running all over your plate.
