A 2 night stay in a very comfortable room looking out over the pool. Breakfast was a good tasty selection. The evening meal was a real speciality and most enjoyable. Would recommend a stay of at least one night so as to enjoy the comfort of the pool at the end of a long day.

great tasty food and service in restaurant. Great service at check in - very friendly. Beds and linen etc great. carpet vacuuming was very ordinary - visible bits left behind. Outdoor landscaping is pretty shocking - kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles but it looks pretty feral - algae and very run down, might be best scrapping it and planting it out instead or turning to a nature play area.

The rooms were a little dated and bathroom looked like it needed a good scrub. However, the hotel had a wonderful vibe. Staff were all friendly and obliging.

Room is large with all facilities. Would prefer a ‘walk in’ shower. Staff were pleasant. Meals were good but when staying a few days became repetitive. Pool was great. The waterway through the gardens was very disappointing - not flowing, dirty, with lots of visible hoses.
