Easy to commute! But not in rush hours!!!!!

Clean and neat but need to be cleaned in details; Where as curtains, under the bed, and around the conner at the shower booth and the toilet. Given water bottles in the glasses, something was floating when shaking, better used near convenience store. Monorail is a little distracted when sleeping. Breakfast was great with pool view!

Worst travel experience of my life

I reserved a room for 15 nights as the rate was so good but just a few hours before check in I received an email saying that my credit card was rejected due to having a different name than the booking (it has my initials and has never been an issue before) so I went to the hotel early to try and fix the issue and they told me that the whole booking is cancelled and the best offer they have is to give me one night in a more expensive place. Awful

We were pleasantly surprised with the hospitality as well as the efficiency of the front desk. Loved the location of hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Great facilities such as the gym, pool as well as good food in the hotel cafe.
