We have stayed here several times, it’s the perfect location downtown! It’s near plenty of attractions (walking distance)- The Art Institute, Maggie Daley Park, Buckingham Fountain, and Navy Pier! The bed and pillows are super comfortable as well! Our room had a beautiful city view, highly recommend!

Great location and views. Stayed on the 19-floor looking out at Lake Michigan and Navy Pier. Beautiful lobby area. Enjoyed the beverage selection at the bar and was a nice place to meet with friends and business associates. Felt this hotel was a very good value for my short stay in Chicago.

BUT MOST AMAZING PART, I LOST MY WEDDING BAND IN MY BED WITHOUT REALISING IT AND CALLED THE HOTEL BACK AFTER I CHECKED OUT AND THEY ACTUALLY HAD LOST & FOUND OPTION ON THEIR PHONE TREE. IT TOOK A LITTLE BIT BUT THE ROOM CLEANER MUST HAVE FOUND IT. SADLY I DON'T HAVE HIS OR HER NAME BUT THE RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICER A Mr BAILEY ROBERTS GOT MY RING WHICH IS 32 YEARS OLD AND GOT IT RETURNED VIA UPS TO MY HOME. THANSK SO MUCH AND MY WIFE IS ECSTATIC.

Great location, rooms, and fitness center

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a fridge which I always appreciate. The bathroom includes nice touches such as a kit with nail file, q-tips, and cotton swabs. The fitness center is great! Plenty of cardio and weight machines, free weights, and room to spread out.
