Very nice location, very nice personel, nice relaxing resort

The stay was fabulous and the personel was very nice, sweet, helpful during our stay. Warm welcome and would recommemd everyone who os looking for a real 5 star resort with excelent view. Zakaria and all colleagues at the pool were very nice as well and Miri, Maryam, Ghita who personally make sure our stay was perfect and of course the ones we didn't mentioned by name who were also mot to forget. Thank you very much and hope to see you again.

My Wife’ birthday at Al Ain

On arrival my wife and I already loved the place. The view, the vibe, the atmosphere, and the people were really friendly. We had dinner to celebrate my wife’s birthday at Al Ain restaurant. The food was amazing props to the chef. The people who served us were very friendly and good at their work. Before we ended the night the guys surprised my wife with a cake and candle which made her birthday more special. Thank you Aziz, Faisal, Fatima, and Simo for making our dinner a night to remember.

My sister and I wanted to praise the Dada Hammam experience, it was fantastic! The whole spa area is amazing and the two ladies taking care of us were very kind ( they are called Ikbar and Nadia. After receiving the black soap treatment and being enveloped in Argan oil, we enjoyed a delicious tea, which completed the experience. Thank you so so much!

Just back from fabulous golf stay at the Fairmont Marrakech. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Bed was exceptional! Golf course and facilities were first class. All staff were really friendly and helpful. Hassan was a lovely smiling face every morning at breakfast and Moulay the concierge couldn’t have done more to help us with our extra requirement's. Food and drink on the pricey side would definitely go again but pick a half board option. Thank you all at the Fairmont for a great stay.

Despite some early teething issues (which were handled well) I had a wonderful stay. The room was airy, well appointed and beautiful decorated complete with a large wrap around balcony overlooking the pool and the Atlas Mountains. The pool area was beautiful as were all the common areas of the hotel. The staff could not do any more for us, from the staff at the reception and concierge, to guest relations and those who looked after us at each of the hotel's restaurants.
