Excellent service , very friendly and hospitable staff from housekeeping to restaurant staff to vacation managers. There was so much to do for everyone. To top it all off , I lost a sentimental gold ring. After 3 days of searching , the team found it and returned it back. So grateful for their support . Special thanks to Zaynah!❤️❤️❤️❤️

We spent 2 beautiful weeks in Rixos the Palm Dubai in March this year. And this was our 4th visit! As usual, we are 100% satisfied with the service, food, bars, entertainment and everything the hotel gave us. But this time our family suite was located in the shade. That is why we were freezing sometimes. Also, we would like to extend a special thanks to Victoria and Botakos and the bar workers of Bar№1 who were very positive and ready to help. Looking forward to coming back to Rixos the Palm Dubai & Suits for a vacation again!

While the Rixos Palm offers some positives such as the helpful service from Katherine at the Restaurant Toro, and some of the supervised kids' club activities, there are notable areas for improvement. The lack of dress code enforcement at Toro and Olivo Restaurant diminishes massively the dining experience, and frequent issues with room amenities, like missing towels for 4 days, are concerning for a 5-star establishment. I do realize that the maid did the best effort but the Waschung service was behind in speed. Additionally, the quality of music in various areas, including the ambiance and live performances, falls short of expectations for a luxury resort. We enjoyed the saxophone lady but mostly we had just music such in a 3 star hotel. The Phonetic Seal of the window in our room was poor. It was hard also to listen to singers who barely sang correctly. Furthermore, missed transfer bookings add to the overall slight disappointment. Addressing these issues could greatly enhance the guest experience at Rixos Palm. We did not experience this at Rixos JBR. In a nutshell, the hotel is good and we have good family memories with a very good location on the Palm but need to carefully select their customers and improve things to keep up with other resorts.
