On arrival no-one at reception for a good 10 minutes. Ended up singing out for someone to appear. Paul specifically a ground floor room due to medical incapacity and we were then give a 1st floor room. The bedside tables in the room were dusty and the room was very small. Not what we expected as Accor Gold members.

We enjoyed 2 night deal with dinners and breakfast. Our room was small and fairly basic but comfortable with lovely views over the golf course and gardens. Meals were excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful although dinner service was a little slow ( very nice to not feel rushed). As Accor gold members we received a room upgrade and a lovely platter welcoming us on arrival.
