Blood Stains Inside Room

The presence of blood stains throughout the room, particularly in the bathroom area, is deeply concerning and unacceptable. Urgent action is needed to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met for all guests. I can provide photo if necessary.

Room 414 aircon ….once you lower the temperature to 25 there is a very bad smell coming from the aircon. Aircon must be not having cleaning for a long time. Room balcony so many spiderweb I booked 4 rooms request late check at at 2pm. Cannot be done.

Well located but need more indian food options

The location is very good. The rooms become a little stuffy for three people accomodation, which they allow. Also, there should be more indian food options in the menu. Thankfully they have an indian manager but a better menu would be more helpful.
