We were two families staying for a night. Loved the location and the stay experience. The large room suggested maximum 3 children, but there are 4 bunk beds to accommodate 4. Need some updates in the booking system

Perfectly location for our needs

We have stayed with you many times on our way through Switzerland on our frequent trips to Italy. The welcome is always warm, the restaurant good and the breakfasts delicious. We appreciate the comfortable, super clean rooms and the quietness, even though the motorway isn’t far away. A perfect overnight stop, but I know there are lots of things to see in the area for guests who might like to stay longer. Recommended

Not a great stay

Not very many outlets in room heat is hard to use Shower doesn't drain well and spills on floor also hot water is hard to come by

Great location, very nice hotel

The walk from the bus stop with luggage is somewhat challenging, but that was my decision. Once there, nice, friendly staff and a nice upgrade were waiting for me. Internet a little slow in my room but the Italian Restaurant was good food and good service. Welcome drink exceeded my expectations, so thank you.
