Worst Check-in Experience.

First of all I would like to clarify the purpose of writing this complain is not about emotional matter but I do believe in your 4-5stars professional management team that will be able to manage to fix this hole. (Actually I have been using The Marriott Bonvoy hotel chain for at least 7 years, my current tiers is Platinum elite. I do believe you can guess my frequency of using the 5 stars hotel like you are) and I have just applied the Accor Plus because I hope Accor hotel can be my new main destination and this is my first start! I did check-in on 15th Apr, I guess it was sometime before 15:00pm, I did request 25th floor only if possible (not strongly request) due to my family got the room on that floor. At first the staff had told me all room in 25th were check-in so the best she can do will be on 26th floor and I said no problem. But eventually she told me she got 25th floor for me, I did really appreciate her trying. Btw, I do understand it was not the standard check-in time so it was no problem for me to wait for the room. But I and my 5 years old daughter had been waiting until after 17:00 and still no call from the hotel so we went to the lobby again and our bags was the only one in the waiting area! I went to asked the staff (he was in charge of that day) what he said was the triggers point. 1. He told me It is normal for holiday to get room late like this. 2. He told me I am not the last and showed me couple of other people room keys that was prepared to pick up. This was the most make me upset because this showed me that I am the last of the last and that time my room still not ready while everyone got the room. Your staffs tried to fool me with silly reasons but it was not make any sense. Please feel free to contact me for more details. I don’t need anybody to get in trouble with my complaints but I do expect the prompt response and professional way to responsible with what happened since you are trusted brand of 5stars hotel.

Room management was terrible

We arrived at 2.05 pm on 04/12 . We booked 2 bedrooms suite but the room wasn’t ready so we had to wait for 2 hours to moved to twin room with 4 adults 1 kid and 1 baby .we had to packed in that small room. When we arrived at the room , we saw master bedroom hadn’t been cleaned yet. I had to ask to maid to clean the room for us. So Master room was ready in 5pm. So disappointed. We didn’t have time to enjoy the hotel facilities. Club lounge was full when we were there be because we had to wait the room . We spent much money and booked suits room to have more space for us and club lounge for enjoying meal together but we missed it. Your room management so unacceptable

Well located with easy access to Motorway No. 7 with directly to Na Jomtien Road. Stay in Deluxe King Size seaview with perfect panorama sea view! love the air in 26th floor
