My husband and I arrived at this hotel and from walking up the steps and walking in the hotel it definitely has the wow factor. The beautiful fragrance that hits you as you enter the hotel and throughout and the furnishings, ambience, attention to detail it is OPPULENT in every way. The staff are so polite, welcoming, friendly, helpful and always smiling. The room was outstanding and the decor stunning. Attention to detail is fantastic. We ate in the Gavi resturant for breakfast one morning and the food and layout was amazing, had a meal in the Gavi resturant in the evening and again the food was outstanding and the service was amazing and we had an amazing birthday meal for my husband. The opus bar is beautiful and cocktails are fab and service fantastic. The pool area is amazing and it is one of the nicest pool areas we have been too. Everything about this hotel is WOW, WOW, WOW. Although this hotel is stunning it is the staff who make it. Each staff member we met( sorry I didn't quite get everyones names) were amazing, polite, friendly, kind and are a credit to this hotel. Weronika, Pavel, Rafael, Christoph, Sylwia, Maya, Ilona, Jacob, housekeeping staff, opus bar staff your all amazing and keep being amazing. Thankyou to everyone for amazing hospitality, we are so grateful to experience this gem of an hotel and if in Krakow again this hotel would be our choice.

Like the pool, clean hotel

Was down in the pub first night, ordered food, felt not warm welcome from the girl down there. When asking questions at the desk, most of it was good, but they seen to be a bit stressed, maybe language? We speak english. When eating at the resturant, i had a burger that night, was not asked How i want it cooked, i like it medium, the one i got was well done. Also the waiter was not asking How the food tasted. All this is minor things, but we expect that from a 5star Also when i called and ordered the hotelroom, i am sure the guy told me 8100kr for the stay, because i ordered the night before arriving and become a member. See om mu credit card it is pulled 8700kr Also the car you ordered to pick us up at the airport, did not show up Our luggage was missing as well, but that is KLMs fault Rest was lovely Roger

Amazing 5 star hotel

The Bachleda is truely an amazing and special 5 star hotel. Our four night stay was perfect in every way. Every member of team Bachleda provided an exceptional service. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant was fabulous. Everything about Bacleda was high quality. Our room was gorgeous with lovely linen, towels, fixtures/fittings and furniture. Extremely comfortable bed and pillow menu. Thank you Bachleda for making our stay so wonderful.
