Miami Brickell provided the 3 Cs: Comfort, Contemporary & Clean. A modern room design and layout was a welcome sight upon entry. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room layout was clean and contemporary. Myriam was very friendly, mannerly and professional. I would recommend Miami Brickell and I would certainly stay there again. Good Job!

The train outside was too noisy. Woke up in the middle of the night for all 3 days and couldn't go back to sleep. Room amenities are too minimum.

Overall my stay was excellent. Except for a serious security incident that happened on 8 April. I returned to my room after lunch to see my room door left open. I checked all my belongings and all was accounted for. The Housekeeper completed cleaning and did not ensure the door is closed. I reported to the duty Manager who sincerely apologized. An apology was not what I wanted. This incident should never have happened as it is a very basic house rule. When a guest check into a room there is notices that remind the guest to ensure all valuables are locked in the safe or kept securely and yet a hotel staff leaves a door open. Please brief your House Keeping staff to ensure this never happen again to any guest.

Wonderful location, beautiful hotel and pool, and unbelievable staff!! They even held our bags for us after our cruise until our room was ready so we could go explore the city without luggage!
