Not the usual Novotel quality

We had issues since our arrival at the hotel. The photos in the webpage did not fit the two rooms that we booked. We had asked for a room with a double size bed and a convertible sofa and there was only a bed. Then the staff changed us to another room but the convertible sofa could not be fully extended. The second room was on the third floor and we could hear all the guests in the other rooms. One room had a recent shower while the other had an old one that did not work well. The rooms are also dark and the grey carpet did not look tidy.

In fact, when you make a reservation you may see rooms with a sofa bed, which are of the same category as rooms without a sofa bed, and are automatically allocated according to the number of people in the reservation. Unfortunately we have no way of knowing whether you would like a sofa bed or not. We are trying to resolve this issue with the relevant departments. great breakfast, very clean room, great sleeping due to the mattress and pilows; a bit too far from the Massy-Palaiseau gare, a bit too cold in the room

the curtain in my room wasn't working properly. The water in the shower was boiling hot when I opened the tab. To bring the temperature down I need to go through the hot water. Might be better to check the settings when cleaning the room/preparing for the next guest.
