Extremely Pathetic Service. Nobody understand courtesy. Great Location though.

Pathetic service. No courtesy towards guest by any of the staff. Infact, I think they don't even understand or know what does courtesy means. They don't know how it works in hospitality industry. Expecially, the guards of hotel who always look for a way to fetch some money from you. Rooms are extremely small. Everything else was good. Location, internet etc.

The room is tiny, not clean at all (it was full of dust), towels were too old, the service is weak. For example the security to check the entrance should not be the one to assist with clients bags. This should be done by the hotel staff. Plus the security guards feel entitled to ask for money for the service rendered which is absolutely wrong! To be honest I would have expected a better service and quality of room looking at the building!!!

Nice, except some staff, especially, those who transfer luggage to room go out of their way to almost demand tip. Having just arrived with no local currency, that was a bit of an embarrassment.

Hotel was very good. It was my first stay so I liked the hotel. Hotel staff was very cooperative and very supportive. Security was very good which I appreciate. Breakfast was very nice also all buffet during lunch & dinner was very good. Need to renovate the rooms as the hotel is very old.
