HVAC unit was hard to manage pretty cold. Sheets was very low quality and didn't stay on the bed

Overall nice day stay…but the property is in need of updates.

Good Location but poor customer experience

The room was not ready on time, the TV did not work although this was rectified within minutes, there was only hot water in the bathroom no cold at all (even the water filling the toilet cistern was hot!). This meant as a day room we were unable to shower before leaving for our overnight flight and it was too late to get a different room.It was also expensive with 2 beers costing $26. The checkouy clerk was not rticulalrly interested in hearing my complaint either On the positive side the pool area was nice and the hotel is very convenient for the airport. There was free shuttle to the airport too.

The bathroom floor was disgusting. The room was full of dust. This triggered my allergies. The bed was so soft we couldn't sleep properly and got back pain in the morning. For the price we paid it was really bad. U would not recommend anyone to this hotel.

Run down and dirty

As a visiting scientist, FIU set this stay up since they have a contract with your hotel. This hotel is not clean. Dirty carpets. The hallways smell like mold and cat box. Rooms are run down. Stains on bed sheets. I asked for a high floor and being a guess of FIU that booked this for me, i was surprized when I got there they basically told me they were sold out and I'm lucky to have a room. I am surprized you treat FIU guesses like this. I have reported all this back to FIU.
