The stay was good in general and the breakfast very good as usual, the room upgrade was appreciated of course, the only downside was that the "Softeis" voucher for the kids was completely useless as their was no ice machine available at all, this resulted in quite some frustration of the kids.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel clean and well maintained. No tea/coffee machine in room and €4.50 for a bottle of water in minibar is a bit expensive. 15 minute walk from major public transport network so rest of city easily accessible.

The dtay was ok and location not bad but we stayed 3 noghts and pnly once room service made a bed and that’s it.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have forwarded your reference to our room cleaning service to the responsible departments and management. We generally clean the rooms every two days, but it is possible to receive free daily room cleaning. We actually should have pointed this out to you when you arrived...! We assume that this did not happen. All employees in the reception department will be made aware of this again. The hotels under the “Mercure” brand do everything they can to offer every guest the best possible quality of service at every stay. Your opinion is therefore of the greatest interest to us. The location was not terrible (between railways and roadways). The room was cold. The restaurant didn't serve hot meals because the kitchen would have been closed despite the fact that the order was made before the closure hour. No alternative was offered. Due to the surroundings of the hotel, it was difficult to go out late in the night to eat something. I was said that the problem would be solved the next day. Too late as I checked out the next day. It was not really terrible.

There was no coffee machine in the room, despite the photo. We specified in the booking that we need a crib, but it wasn't ready on time.
