The hotel itself is nice, rooms are renovated and clean. But when a car has to go into the garage you will certainly wake up with the noise created by the gate. It is annoying….and the garage needs a renovation as well. In addition, due to a rebuilding in the area, it was very difficult to find the entrance for the garage - the hotel should inform the guests beforehand how to find it. Staffing was very polite and professional.

there was to much noise only two (small towels) in the room. there was no day light curtain in the room

In our Ibis concept all rooms are equiped with daylight curtains and concerning the number of towels in the rooms, for ecologic reasons but our guest can always ask for extra towels in the reception. We stayed as a family (x4 people) in one room for one night and had an excellent experience. The room was larger than expected and had been recently refurbished. The hotel was easy to locate and very well placed for central Nancy attractions. We really enjoyed our short stay to Nancy and we'll be back.

J’ai eu l’occasion de passer au total deux nuits le mois dernier et donc deux petits déjeuners dans cet hôtel situé au beau milieu de Nancy et je peux vous dire que je suis PLUS que satisfait du service. L’hôtel est super moderne, chaleureux, la réception et le personnel sont agréables. D’un point de vue qualité, un petit-déjeuner copieux, il y en a pour tous les goûts (sucré salé) et nous nous sommes régalés. La chambre est bien agencée, moderne et ergonomique et la literie est très confortables. (+ prises à côté du lit et une grande douche) Je le recommande à tous.
