Decent location. OK rooms. Bar not well stocked. Irritating to check in online and then have to stand at reception waiting for staff to also deal with phone calls. Obviously understaffed.

We had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Centrum in Antwerp. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful, and the location was great just a little outside of the center. Quiet, calm, safe, good value for the price. Rooms are small, but clean and have what's needed.

Very expensive for just à room of 2 persons, not even breakfast. Room are very small according to the price paid. The hotel needs to be renovated asap
