Didnt impress me to be told breakfasf was not included in my stay, for me to suggest that being a Platinum member I understood that it was. Oh she hadnt noticed that.

Hi, I stayed at the hotel 11-13.04.24. I booked package with $20 dinner voucher and breakfast. Yesterday I hade chicken parmigiana $30, and two beers for 2x$15=$30, total $60. Today morning I had coffee for $5. My kitchen bill should be $65, minus $20 voucher = $45. My invoice is $84 for kitchen minus $20 voucher = $65. The discrepancy looks like either kitchen did put extra on my bill or voucher has not been applied. I didn’t sign the kitchen receipts, so don’t have evidences to dispute. As feedback - can you enforce the only signed kitchen receipts to be billed to the room and copies kept in your system for clarification.
