I regularly stay in this Novotel, because I need to go my office, which is next door. Everything was fine and I had a good stay.

Staff at reception was kind. Got an upgrade to a superior room, the room and the hotel are spacious, clean and cozy. There is a coffee machine and innovative coffee capsules out of wood instead of aluminum in the room. There is a nice rooftop bar closeby.

All went well and the staff was very helpful and courteous.

My stay was pleasant, the room was clean and had everything I needed. The only comment I can make is that the shower was dated and difficult to use.

We stayed in Novotel Dusseldorf City West Hotel with my family. Hotel location is good and prices are very good compared to others. The only problem was the sofa bed, it was not suitable for an adult. I know it is for kids but my daughter insisted to sleep in the larger one :/ However, when I mentioned about this, very kind lady at the reception offered me free parking, this helped me reduce my back pain :)
