We stayed 1 week in Novotel Turino and the staff are friendly and took care of us. The staff also arranged the flush toys of my son which gave extra touch in our stay. We will definitely come back in Italy and book in Novotel again. Thank you!

Tap from sink blocked, bed smell coming out from drain, carpet with a dirty mark, lift smell urine, maybe it is the cleaning product!

Poor location, unfriendly staff

We have stayed in many Novotels around the world. Our experiences usually range from good to excellent. This Novotel, though, was very disappointing. The location of the hotel is pretty poor. In the middle of nowhere, far from the city centre, in an ugly and deprived area. It did not feel safe returning to the hotel in the evening. There is a tram that goes to the city centre but our experience was that it was unreliable (long delays) and full of dodgy passengers. The hotel itself feels tired and low budget. All the staff we encountered were unfriendly and seemed to be annoyed to deal with customers. Breakfast was very average. The wi-fi was poor, frequently losing connection. The air con was not working resulting in a stuffy, hot room. The safe was not working either. All in all, this experience fell well below our Novotel expectations.

The experience was good, however, the hotel is not well maintained. The roof covers in the toilet were loose and clearly have not beeen given maintenance in a while.

Cold cold hotel room

This is a very very cold hotel, literally. I checked into the hotel on 21 Jan afternoon and I could not believed how cold my room was. When asked the receptionist told us the hotel was saving electricity as mandated by the Italian government. That obviously is not true. The hotel just wants to save their own electrical bill. The climate control in the room was only turned on after 5pm. Unless you enjoy the cold, will advise guests not to return to a cold cold room before 5pm.
