In general the location, food, cleaning was very good and on a very high level. The variety of food, the freshness, activities for children again everything was very good. The only thing that you could improve is the staff. They could speak English, there were very few staff member that could speak English and they could smile more :).

It was my third stay in Mercure Karpacz Skalny.. Last time I have visited Mercure 7 Y ago. So after renovation, all interiors are lovely, well equipped, cozy and guests friendly. Served food was also very tasty and various. Staff always was smiling and helpful in any need You might have. I would recommend this hotel for anyone, who needs all mentioned above.
