I stayed in room 529 with my mother sister and uncle from the 22nd of march to the 26th of march and in my entire experience in the hotel I have never felt more welcome then when I went to breakfast. Jacqueline the lady who work in the restaurant was amazing. She made everything so easy. Was so polite. I felt really well looked after by her

Hi TripAdvisor After recently staying at Novotel Greenwich with family, will no longer stay anywhere else when visiting London. The sense of professionalism from all the staff is amazing and makes visitors like myself feel welcome . Needless to mention the wonderful location of the hotel, the rooms did the job and the car parking was a bonus. Something that impressed us were the young waiters doing such a fantastic job. We were helped by Noah Marcel and Harris who made our breakfast smooth and easy. The food was great- an extra tip would be to ask for poached eggs! The price is outstanding for the service provided.

Not what I expected from a 'better' class hotel

russ1854 Families - TripAdvisor review

Not what I expected from a better class hotel! I'm writing this review now before even checking out, which is most unusual. But it isn't going to get any better in the next 12 hours. On arrival, I checked in, not the best start, as I was waiting about 10 mins before the one person spare decided to call us forward. Got to the room after being told at check-in that your stay is for 2 adults and 2 children to find the kid' beds weren't made up. Came down to reception to request the beds be made to be given the response of "we'll send the bedding up." As you can imagine, my reply was simply, "erm I'm not making their beds when we've paid for a room that you already knew was having 4 people sleep in." Then the service at the bar was shocking, had to wait ages to be served as there seemed to only be 2 people in the bar and restaurant for a Saturday evening serving and then once served , brought a bottle of wine and had to ask for it to be opened only to be passed the cork screw and having to do it our selves. Bearing in mind the bottle cost £30 (more fool us). Then once back in the room realise that the toilet is separate to the bathroom, which is fine except there isn't any sink in the toilet so you have to end up walking around the room from the toilet to the wash your hands. (Very 1st world problems, I appreciate this) but not great from a hygiene point of view. But all in all, after spending £200 for a night, I expected better, only to be let down. I've had better service in a run down b and b in Rhyl (no offence, Rhyl). Certainly, I won't be coming back and will certainly be voicing my disappointment in the morning at check out (so this is your pre-warning).
