The hotel is clean. The rooms are equipped with USB and Type C for charging. Breakfast is good. However, for breakfast, the hotel must provide plates and forks!

Stay was good but should more concentrate on Amenities. Tv was not at all working. We have spoken in the reception and it was supposed to he repaired but no help at all. Breakfast: we have paid for the breakfast and it was open from 6: 00 until 10:00 am. We reached the canteen around 8:15 am it was almost empty only croissant and cereal was there. Its the same on almost all the 4 days. Cafeteria: it will be good if there is coffee machine 24/7 so that the guest can enjoy when ever they need a hot sip of course with a price.. Shower: no proper place to keep Towels/ cloths Toilet: should be looked for the alternatives of Paper cup. Nothing is there to place the brushes or shampoos. Dont even want to start on Tissues... In room: no Dustbin, no Working TV, pillows are of no use they should be changed.. blankets are good.. Thumbsup for the Room service and they definitely clean under the bed as well its very dirty. You can not even walk bare foot inside your room..

Hotel room was very nice. Maintained well. Only issue was when my bank didn't confirm the charges and 3 reservations were canceled. Luckily everything worked out well, but was very inconvenient.

The hotel was ok. Very close to the metro station. Clean and warm. I had a problem but the receptionist was able to resolve it. To use the hairdryer, you need to leave the passport in the reception.
