They dont allow shuttle pre booking and when we checked in there was no availability to the airport. You have to pay 25 euros for the transfer to airport instead of the 5 euros. No amenities in the room and for our surprise both soap bottles were empty! Housekeeping do a lot of noise from early in the morning and knocked the door at 8am to clean the room!

Great Hotel near Malpensa Airport

A great, clean hotel and staff and convenient - close to Malpensa, for overnight rest before long haul travel. Highly recommend this hotel. Complimentary breakfast was included. Only 6 mins approximately to airport. Lots of free parking.
