A constant noise of rainwater dripping in the night, poor check out process, common areas somewhat lacklustre given pricing.

Very friendly staff, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of restaurant in the hotel. Room was very standard and on the "old" style of Mercure hotel (vs some of the newer remodeled ones). it was a normal stay, not spectacular but not bad either. It's a hotel.

We didn’t wanted to stay cause both proposed rooms smell cold tobacco and sewage. I have asked for a refund as platinum member and we only got 10% refund.

Many mistakes, 1st. When we arrived the night audit didn’t give us the information about: Check out time, breakfast time, how much the parking costs. When we asked for one more blanket because ours was dirty, he said he couldn’t do anything bacause was a night and we had to ask the next day! Then we went for e breakfast and they said the for the first day was included but for the second day no! (how is that possible? Or we have the both days or we don’t have, we don’t understand this half-half option. Then for a late check out.. We asked if we can have a late check out and they said it’s not possible because they are fully booked and they don’t have any room at all. Then I said I can pay if you have any option , I can also have an extra room and to pay the full overnight (was not a problem) and then they said “ah now yes I can see that we can give you the room until 18:00 it’s not a problem) so if you see people only like money, I’m sorry but it’s not working like this. (Also it’s a little bit disrespectful when a guest is speaking to you and you are with your private phone always, and for this also some other guests said something)
