One of the first things we noticed was the placement of the hand wash basin. Instead of being inside the bathroom, it was located just outside the bathroom door. This was a bit unexpected and took some getting used to. Speaking of the bathroom, we found it to be quite small compared to other hotel bathrooms we've stayed in. Hotel Location : OK, when you get out you will be able to find few restaurants and Nusa Dua area mostly all closed by 10. we expected to find a room service menu in our room to order food at our convenience. However, to our surprise, there was no menu provided. When we contacted the in-room dining service to inquire about our dining options, we were informed that they do not offer a traditional menu for room service and the QR Barcode was not available. we were told that we would need to place our order directly with the restaurant. This was inconvenient for us as we had to either call the restaurant or visit it in person to see the available options and place our order. We hope that the hotel management considers improving the room service by providing a proper menu for guests in the future. Positive note, we were pleased with the view from our room.

Had an annoying and rude person that was staying directly opposite our room where I had to deal with her knocking on my door at 1am complaining, abusing me and my family because one of my children was unwell and she couldn’t sleep because my child was ill And crying for 10-15min… I explained the situation but she didn’t care and kept going with her abusive behaviour. So not a pleasant stay for the family. I would say the staff and Bali people at the Mercure were very nice and kind hearted and had no issues with them whatsoever.

Room was not that clean, many insects as well and small cockroaches. Not every day refill the tissue, amenities (even soap). 7 night stayed there not even change the bed sheet and the slipper even though dirty. I put the sign to clean the room. Is far from my expectations with the big brand and location but most everything worst. Last time I stayed in Mercure Legian was incredible but in Nusa 2 was a big different. Need to train your staff with the standard.
