staying at Novotel Ahmedabad is always a great experience because everyone here make us feel good and make it feel like home. from check in to check out all the experience were very good. all the staff I met were very nice to talk, active and knew their work so well. so overall I liked my stay. the staff at Novotel Ahmedabad knows how to keep your guests happy and for that they give you little surprises which I really appreciate.

Staying at Novotel, Ahmedabad for the first time; I felt the stay could have been better. 1. The towels seemed old and not fresh. 2. The breakfast spread could have been better (e.g. only one type of juice, no nuts etc.) The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was assigned 419 - when I walkin to the room already three people were in the room... Service in the restaurant was far from desired levels... Would not recommend Novotel. Regards...Rajesh
