Really enjoyed the hotel. Its location was perfect for our 24 hour stopover and early departure from CDG. Check in was a breeze with incredibly helpful staff. The rooms were clean and tidy with a nicer European modern decor. We did not dine in the hotel so cannot comment on the food.

The reason I stayed at the Pullman was to relax and use the spa. Even when I checked in I wasn't informed that the spa was out of service. I paid full price when the hotel was not full operational as advertised.

There are surely some good aspects, services, individuals to be praised but there are also opportunities for improvements. Rooms are comfortable and very well kept, though not quite user friendly in terms of connectivity. Employees at the reception are friendly but this department is understaffed during busy times. The negative will be overpriced food of poor quality. A la carte is limited, expensive and poor quality, breakfast at 30€ is low value for money.

Disappointed with inability for early check in

My wife and I arrived at approximately 11:00 and were told that the room would not be available before 14h00. I explained that we had just arrived from a long flight (NYC-CDG) and that we were willing to pay for early check in. The receptionist claimed that option was unavailable. While waiting in the Lobby I saw several guests checking out of the hotel, as well as overhearing another say they were able to check in earlier in the day. We returned to the receptionist at 13:30 and asked if by chance any rooms became available, she politely said no but could hold our bags. I believe an extra effort could have been made to accommodate our humble request, as clearly rooms were being vacated.

Wait too long for the check in. The receptionist kept chatting with others during the check in process. He later on explained the system has something worng so needs to wait. But still didn't feel good when I'm there waiting without any explanation first. There's no slippers inside the room, I need to ask for it. Also, there's no shampoo in the shower area. Only the body wash, hand wash and hair conditioner, which is super weird. This is the second time I stayed with Pullman, but the experience is far away from the first time.
