The service by Deanna and Bharath at dinner was excellent. Very friendly and attentive! In general all the staff are lovely, both at reception and the bar. I’d say the hotel itself was a bit tired overall. The sheet in my room had a hole in it. In general the room is clean, but well worn, despite attempts to present it well.

Lovely Room, very clean and well kept. The receptionist who checked me in, Holly was very knowledgable about the surrounding areas. The food served by Chloe and cooked by Kathryn was superb. Great history that you are able to read up on with information provided at reception.

Lovely stay at the Mercure hotel, very clean and professional looking. All staff were helpful and very friendly but in particular Kerri on the front desk. Always willing to help and nothing is ever too much. Will definitely be back in the future.

Could not get into our usual accommodation in Perth while at a show, but so glad we ended up at this hotel , much better value for money and with bar and breakfast included in proper restaurant. Will now use on our visits
