I have lodged a request and a complaint. Request - Please send me the invoice copy over the email. Complaint 1 - There was too much noise of iron bars / rods being loaded in the truck at midnight 1 AM. I called the reception and then somehow they managed to stop the noise. But it disturbed my sleep Complaint 2 - Though I am a Platinum member, I didn't get vegetarian food even upon request during Happy Hours. I don't drink wine as well. I just requested for 1 plate of Pasta. And I was bluntly turned down. I didn't felt good about this. Nobody replied to my email. Very bad service

I just had to rave about my recent stay at Novotel Yangon Max! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The front desk staff was amiable and spoke perfect English, making check-in a breeze. Security throughout the hotel was top-notch, giving me complete peace of mind. But the real star of the show was my room! It was enormous - a whopping 700 square feet! The clever design with a divider separating the sleeping area from a sitting room with a guest toilet was fantastic. It provided ample space for me to relax and unwind, and it would be perfect for a group of friends to visit without feeling cramped. Plus, no one needs to wander through your sleeping quarters! And let's not forget the food! The hotel offered a wide variety of delicious Asian and international cuisine. Every meal I had was excellent. Overall, my stay at Novotel Yangon Max was exceptional. The spacious and well-designed room, friendly staff, excellent security, and delicious food made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yangon!

I am staying in Novotel almost 10 nights Per months, Novotel is my preferencer hotel as Location is convient for by business Meetings. The staff is very friendly and service minded. The room is excellent and clean The maid do excellent work for clean room and organiseret my things etc. The restaurant Seafood located Ground Floor has veey good Food and acceptable Price. The restaurant on 14th Floor is a very High level gourmet restaurant. Excellent all prices quality staff etc. Just mentioned a point and i Will add excellent. Breakfast buffet is with all you need for start your Day, if some special dishes is need they try to help. All prices in usd is calc. In to mmk at central Bank Rate. I am happy to recomand Novotel for you next stay as well i also Will choose Novotel for my next stay.
