I stayed at this hotel from March 23-27. The hotel is located close to the airport but about 30 min taxi cab drive to the historic city center. The facilities were well kept, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However I ended my stay a day earlier(stayed 5 night out of 6) for two reasons: first my room in the 14 floor overlooked the poll deck , and at night this area is used for events and parties. The noise was unbelievable (perhaps because) keeping me up until very late in the night. Second, there was no warm water in the shower. Every day during my stay I asked the front desk for this to be addressed, to no avail, or explanation. Last, my initial plans were for a 6 night stay. I was charged in full for the 6 nights during check in. When I notified the front desk in advance of that wanted to check out early , they stated that I would be refunded for the last night, and that I should check with the morning front desk clerk. I did so and the morning clerk stated that I would be refunded as well, but that the hotel manager, who was not on the premises at that time need to Ok the refund, and that he would be emailing me shortly. I have not heard from anyone in hotel since, nor have I received any refund.

I enjoyed the facilities, room and their customer service. But the restaurant could be better. I didn't like the breakfast. It's too expensive for what they offer and the lunch options are not good enough
