Dear Fabien L., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Pullman Kinshasa Grand Hotel. Thank you for your loyalty to the Accor Group and Pullman Kinshasa. Thank you very much. Indeed, once established in a country, we also accommodate to the laws and rules of that country. Mr Lukebacela is difficult for us and our customers because local banks do not accept torn foreign banknotes. These are the reasons why we have to submit to a country where this is not accepted. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, despite being part of a French group. That's why we offer our customers the choice of paying in local currency, either in cash or by card. Sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We have tried during the day to contact you in order to meet you only it seems that you are not in room. We would have liked to know at which level the teams were not up to standard in order to follow up your complaint more closely. Is it the staff on the floor, in the restaurant or at reception?
