Everything was as expected from a Mercure Hotel! Very clean, well decorated and the Breakfast is superb!!!

From the first moment that each member of our staff starts their day, the primary objective and main priority becomes the customer and our commitment to ensuring outstanding service, which is why, from the smallest detail to the largest, every step is taken with the well-being of our guests in mind and in an attempt to continue to deserve their trust and preference. In fact, our breakfast is served as a buffet, where you'll find a variety of freshly prepared products so that you can enjoy the most important meal of the day, and it should be noted that, as far as possible, we are always available to serve anything else you may require. Our family experience was good, room that we were in, was having everything that we need for our week stay. Only problem we had, was with room card that we've got. Quite often it crashed (was not showing correct floor/coudn't open the room) and we need to replace it. Breakfast overall was good, but there could be more choice, as it was getting boring during week stay.
