Convenient, Good service & Nice room

Fairmont Singapore is located at the City Hall and just above the MRT station. Room is nice and staff are well trained. Front Desk staff, Mr. Cheng Hai, friendly and knowledgeable. Simon and his team in the Gold Lounge is kind and attentive.

Our usual hotel, stayed multiple times here, whether its the marina bay sands view room or the raffles - bras basah complex view, they are both great, will stay here again in a couple of months, great service and the winning amenity is hot & cold water dispenser. Hopefully they keep up their service the next time i stay, as always

Our stay was very good especially the hotel club which is always amazing. If I could please ask for a copy of our payment records which were going to be emailed to us, unfortunately we did not receive this document. We stayed fro 13th -16th April 2024

Both the amenities and the service were commendable. That said, it was very inconvenient for me to realize that I couldn't blow-dry my hair since there was no socket available in the bathroom. I had to request for an additional mirror for this purpose. It leaves something to be desired.
