Is this a 5-star hotel???

I should have payed more attention to the other bad reviews. This hotel does not provide a 5-star experience. We arrived at 15:00, but hotel room not ready and we had to wait almost an hour to get the room. We had booked a suite, but ended up in room on 2 floor. We were approached all the time by sales people inside the hotel trying to sell different extra things. The overall experience is not luxurious in any way. The hotel is small and basic without any luxury feel. Not any small details to make it feel luxurious. Only one small swimming pool. The food in the restaurant was basic. This is not what to expect from a 5-star hotel in Dubai.

It is a great hotel. Very nice hotel staff. We booked all inclusive and that is exactly what we got. The food was excellent. A big compliment to Mr. Amgad Tayel, who looked after our daughter very well and is really recommended because of his calm, funny and courteous manner. Thank you for everything ;-)

Islam has the best customer service and is truly a great employee to the hotel. He has the best energy and makes everyone feel very welcomed. Islam has made our experience in the evenings for dinner amazing and we truly think he is one of a kind .

Every day and night we had great service. The staff were very polite and helpful in particular : Islam. As soon as you walk through the doors you are treated like royalty it is really refreshing. The vibes are great and the hotel is peacfeful no complaints !

The staff are always ready to help. The room was great with a lovely view, and the food was decent too. The room was clean and there were no issues at all. There is a nice kids pool and a kids club for the kids to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families
