After staying in Lyons Mamma Shelter in March I was very excited to try the London edition and it didn’t disappoint. Check in was very friendly and professional and our rooms were excellent. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, I also thought the bathrooms were great too. We had a few drinks and fries in the lobby area that were also super. I’d happily stay here again.

Everything fine as usual except my TV didn't work when I arrived. I reported it twice and nothing was done and finally on the 2nd day around 6pm I reported it again and then finally it was sorted

I had a great time and happy I chose Mama Shelter London for my accommodations for the week. The hotel was well located in hip area of Shoreditch and had a funky aesthetic to match the vibes. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveler and I loved that it had a corner nook. You can also check out their lobby restaurant downstairs to work remote. I also loved that it was close to bodegas...there was one (on the same side of the street to the left--not across) that actually had a lot of healthy snack options. Which I checked it out sooner. PROS: Laundry was a huge plus (no one ever took advantage of this), Dog-friendly, Gym, Bar/Restaurant, and Karaoke Room?! Incredible CONS: --

All the little details that make the visit with us so popular were abundant as always. Great atmosphere in the lobby and then lovely fruit and welcome vouchers in the room for a drink at the bar and the message on the mirror are just so cute and thoughtful. We had 2 rooms this time as we brought our brother and his wife and they absolutely loved everything about the hotel. The food and drinks are just spot on as always and never have a bad word to say about either. Onto the staff, the team are AClass!!! They are literally like a little family and same faces and we know pretty much all of them and all work extremely hard to make the whole experience of visiting mama a brilliant one all the time. We Love Mama ❤️❤️❤️
