Very clean and this is most important! Great location. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Quiet as well. Directions to everywhere in the hotel are very clear.

It was the room’s decor , outdated and chair/roll out bed tired and dirty. The shower/bathtub not functioning properly. Bathtub tap and shower head both functioning at same time. Carpet throughout hotel needs a good cleaning or replaced both in common areas and room. Room rate varied , I had to add an extra night costing me more. Staff at front deck were welcoming and quickly accommodated your access to your reservation. Hotel is well located for both airport and downtown. Cafe with buffet breakfast excellent.

Love the Location. Staff is always so helpful and friendly. My rating was not a 10 because of a miner situation. After a long day and getting up to my floor and room. i had to go back to the front desk with my luggage because my key card was not working. Other than that, my stay was fantastic. I'll always be a returning customer.
