Vivi, Fluke, Arm and Kookae were really helpful and went out of their way to help me and my wife. I was very sick for a couple of days and these four staff were extremely professional in what they do and helped me and my wife all the way throughout our stay. Thanks so much. We really appreciate it. The only negative feedback is the fried eggs and sausages at breakfast were always too cold. Not warm enough.

The hotel surpassed my expectations for a quick one-night stay in Chiang Mai. While the price may be higher for typical travelers, I thought it was well-priced given the Songkran festival. The front staff treated me so well and the location was superb for getting in and out. Even though it was not near the major street, which was a plus, it was less than a 10-minute walk to the nearest major shopping mall. Overall, I was impressed with the staff and breakfast offering at the hotel.

Nearly brand new hotel with nice, clean rooms and very well priced buffet breakfast. The only issue we had, and it’s minor, is we would have preferred a closed bathroom with a door, rather than fully open concept.
