I recently stayed at Mövenpick Hotel for my vacation, and I was very impressed with my overall experience. Firstly, the hotel's location is excellent, close to various dining options and major tourist attractions. It's convenient to find food and other amenities within walking distance. The room provided was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the hotel staff's efforts to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of guests. Additionally, the amenities provided in the room were sufficient, from toiletries to a coffee maker, everything was available to meet my needs. The food served at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, especially the Umm Ali, which was incredibly delicious. It's a must-try for anyone staying at Mövenpick Hotel. The customer service provided by the hotel staff was also very satisfying. They were very friendly and helpful, always ready to provide guidance or suggestions to make my stay more enjoyable. Overall, I give Mövenpick Hotel a rating of 9 out of 10. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and look forward to returning soon. Thank you to the Mövenpick Hotel team for making my stay experience so enjoyable!

Not a pleasant stay

The room looks quite old. No luggage racks in the room so I had to put my luggage on the floor. I ordered a mushroom soup to be delivered to my room but it was warm (not hot). The bed is fine but the automatic sensor makes everything (lights and TV, not too sure about the air-con) turned off in every hour so I woke up at around 1am and called reception to send someone to fix it. They came to the room to fix it after I chased once. It happened again at around 2am and I called again. Reception said the technician was on his way but didn’t arrive until almost 40-45 mins later, after I chased 3-4 times. Finally it was fixed at around 3.30am. I had packed breakfast delivered to my room as my flight was early but it was again lukewarm. Very disappointed with the price I paid.
