Fantastic stay in a lovely apartment...

From the minute I arrived, I was greeted by a lovely man, he was chatty, helpful & the check in was seamless. The apartment was huge. A great balcony and a washer/dryer for those wet beach towels. The location was great and just a short stroll to the beach. Loved the service at Circle on Cavil. Would highly recommend.

Bad arrival, dated rooms & horrible parking

We arrived at the hotel to stay for two nights, and the woman on the front counter was extremely dismissive and rude. We provided all information to the woman, and she then proceeded to charge us for the parking. I asked "i thought parking was included", rather than her looking at what my inclusions were, she said "WELL, IS IT ON YOUR RECEIPT?" Meaning i had to look through my emails with my toddler in hand rather than her just looking on her computer for my inclusions. I then show her my confirmation and then she just shrugs her shoulders - almost like she didnt get her bonus for charging us for parking. Fast forward to then going into the room, on first glance it looks OK however on further review, the lounges were deteriorated, sitting on springs. The kitchen appliances were faulty, the TV's were so old and barely worked. The dining chairs were disgusting and needed updating desperately. For the price we were about to pay, it sure was not worth the money. All of this was whilst my husband was trying to find the allocated car space the woman at the desk gave us. He followed the "map" for 45 minutes to try and find this spot - only to find out that it was already allocated to another guest and the woman just couldnt be bothered to give us a different spot. The only positive of the experience was the interaction we had was with the gentleman on the front desk (i cant remember his name, he was only quite new to the business he said and was working PM on 5/4/23). He was lovely, polite and sympathetic when we spoke with him. Five stars for him. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is just a shame the rooms are in need of a desperate refresh for the price you are paying per room.

チェックインの際にとてもフレンドリーな対応で気持ちよく部屋に入ることが出来ました。14Fの低層階でしたが、ベランダから海が見える部屋でまったり出来ました。 また、部屋の広さと設備が整っていて、広い家に住んだかのような気分で滞在ができました。 朝には野生？のインコがベランダに遊びに来てくれたり、楽しい体験ができました。どこに泊まっても変わらないと思いますが、繁華街の近くなので夜は騒がしいです。気になる方は耳栓を持っていくと良いと思います。 オーシャンビュールームがオススメです。 プールにタオルがあるとなお良いですね。 またの機会に滞在したいと思います！

Comme chaque année, nous adorons cette hôtel, il est super bien situé, l'appartement était propre avec une vue magnifique des deux côtés. Nous aimons sa situation géographique, ses prestations, la vu et la taille des appartements deux et trois chambres. Nous ne sommes jamais à l'étroit et c'est agréable en famille de ne pas se marcher dessus.

Limpeza péssima!

O apartamento tem um tamanho bom, peguei um com 3 quartos para três pessoas, mas para que oferecer tanto espaço se não faz a limpeza! Solicitamos limpeza a recepção, que nos informou que não tem limpeza, apenas troca de toalhas! Um absurdo!
